Melbourne-based agency, Goodsmiths, is bringing together purpose-led business leaders to guide small businesses on how to create positive social and environmental impacts at a two-day action-orientated event held next month.
The Essential Sessions is a two-day event that aims to transform everyday work into purpose-led businesses. The event will feature a panel of the country’s most experienced purpose-led business leaders.
Run by Goodsmiths, a platform that aims to connect consciously minded consumers with brands that create a positive social or environmental impact, the workshops will guide professionals on their journey towards making their businesses more meaningful, while still being profitable. The Essential Sessions are targeted towards purpose-enthused business owners, managers or team leaders of small to medium-sized businesses who want to develop a business that balances people, profit and the planet.
Over the two days, expert mentors will guide guests on how to build on their business’ social purpose throughout their operations, how to integrate purpose into strategically sound business ideas, and how to market their purposeful business to the right customers. Guests will also hear from a panel of the country’s most experienced purpose-led business leaders, as well as 11 social impact businesses who integrate positive social impacts into their everyday action.
The Essential Sessions will take place on Thursday 14th November & Friday 15th November at the Donkey Wheel House, Melbourne CBD.
